Franziska Racker Centers reopens campus

The Franziska Racker Centers reopened their campus with an official ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday October 12th. Many members of the community contributed $3.6M to Wilkins Road renovation project that involved an addition to the learning center and classrooms and renovations to the administrative office suite and several existing classrooms. The Franziska Racker Centers was founded in 1948, the organization serves 3,000 children and adults with special needs in sites in Tompkins, Tioga and Cortland counties. There are over 700 employees, and the organization offers a range of therapeutic services.
