Ithaca receives third LEED® for Homes Platinum Certified Building

The Green Building Certifications Institute approved the LEED Platinum certification of Breckenridge Place, a 50–unit apartment building on Seneca Street designed by HOLT Architects and owned and operated by Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services and PathStone Development Corporation. This certification gives Ithaca its third LEED for Homes Platinum building. LEED certification is the premier mark of achievement in sustainable building, with platinum being the highest level of certification.

Celebrating over 50 years in business, HOLT Architects has a large body of sustainable work including 11 LEED certified and pending healthcare, higher education, and community building projects in Ithaca.
